Offsite Lodging
VMC will not provide lodging for this year's Assembly. However, several arrangements have been made to assist you in making your own lodging arrangements:
The EMU Guest House is reserved for VMC on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Call (540) 432-4280 to make reservations and indicate that you are attending VMC's Assembly. Rates are $27.50/night for single occupancy and $42.50 for double occupancy. The Guest House can also connect you with local homes willing to host guests at these rates. You are responsible to make reservations with the Guest House by July 14.
VMC has negotiated a group discount at the Comfort Inn at 1440 East Market St. (From I-81, take Exit 247A, turn left at the first traffic light, and left again at the next light.) Rooms are $82 per night plus tax, with breakfast included. Call (540) 433-6066 and tell them you are with Virginia Mennonite Conference. Reservations must be made by July 4 to receive the discount.
